Welcome

St. Paul Lutheran Church (SPLC) is a small-town congregation made up of neighbors and friends from our local community and the Crawford County area. We are blessed with folks of all ages and backgrounds who treat one another like family. On Sunday mornings at 10a, we gather for worship, and during most of the year we also offer time for children’s and adult education before the service. Our worship blends the richness of traditional hymns, a church choir, and at the center of it all is the good news of Jesus Christ.

A lot of people think of Christianity as a long list of rules—things we should or shouldn’t do. But the gospel is much simpler and so much better: everything that needed to be done for our salvation has already been finished by Jesus Christ. Through His death and resurrection, we are given full and free forgiveness of sins. Sin, death, and the power of the devil have been defeated once and for all. That’s truly good news worth celebrating!

When you know you’ve been forgiven completely, you’re freed to live differently—not worrying about measuring up but looking for ways to help your neighbor. The people of SPLC are involved in caring for youth, supporting women and men in their walk of faith, and reaching out in practical ways to folks in need both here at home and beyond.

If you’re looking for a church family, we’d love to welcome you. Come as you are—whether that’s in jeans and boots, or your Sunday best. What matters most is that we gather together to hear God’s Word and share in His grace.

If you’d like to learn more, we invite you to join us on a Sunday morning or reach out with any questions. You can contact us at (419) 562-5858. We’d be glad to visit with you, answer any questions, and get to know you. We hope to see you soon at St. Paul Lutheran Church!
